From January 2027 this room will be available in a lovely Victorian house 1 minute walk from Hastings station, and 5-minutes from the town centre, sea-front and Alexandra Park. Working female lodger preferred.

The room is at the front of the ground floor with a high ceiling and bay window, fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, double bed, chair, bedside table) and ornate fireplace. Plenty of room to work and relax. Rent at £700pcm.

All bills included including strong wi-fi.

There is also a large sitting-room/workspace and big sunny decked patio to enjoy in the summer. Also a large kitchen, breakfast-room, utility w. washing-machine and shower-room, and two separate toilets.

We are a calm, friendly and respectful household. You will share with two other lodgers, usually female, and can have input into the choice of any new lodger Also household pet, Mickey the cat. I am the live-in landlady with separate accommodation at the top of the house. All in all, a pleasant and smooth-running house and previous lodgers have said it is a quiet sanctuary to come home to.
