I have a double bedroom with an En-Suite available. En suite room has king size bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table. Small lounge area. Shared kitchen and Dining area in the kitchen.

On private housing estate.
looking someone and in full-time employment. Females preferred, non-smokers only, no drugs.
Room is for single occupancy only, Ideal for quiet respectful professionals, ideally Healthcare professional.

All bills included; including, council tax, gas, electric, water, fast wifi and Netflix.

Would suit NHS staff working at the Conquest, is only a 5-6 mins drive.

I have 2 Chihuahuas if you like dogs. 😊
