In very quiet area near Ore Village, close to the Conquest Hospital on a private estate. Ideal for person working at the Conquest due to location. Hastings Old Town is a 25min walk away and Hastings Town Centre is 30-35mins there is a bus stop just near the estate. Close to shops in Ore Villiage.
We are looking for a tidy, quiet professional who like things to be neat and tidy :-) to rent the room for single occupancy only sorry no smokers. Person to rent must be in employment preferably at the Conquest or NHS staff.
Deposit is the first months rent, and first months rent required in advance, references required. Bills included which includes Wifi.
