I have a two double rooms, one with En-Suite available. En suite room has king size bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table. Smaller double has use of main bathroom and there is a small TV room for use of the rooms rented upstairs. Shared kitchen and Dining area in the kitchen.

On private housing estate.
looking someone and in full-time employment. Females preferred, non-smokers only, no drugs.
Room is for single occupancy only, Ideal for quiet respectful professionals, ideally Healthcare professional.

All bills included; including, council tax, gas, electric, water, fast wifi and Netflix.

Would suit NHS staff working at the Conquest, is only a 5-6 mins drive.

I have 2 Chihuahuas if you like dogs. 😊
