A bit about me: I’m 43 years old, I work in hospitality part time. I’m only working 18 hours per week. As such, I get home after midnight on uke weekends. I do leave my Greyhound at home during the 20 hours I’m out. She’s free to roam in my room and the lounge.
It’s probably not a good fit for someone who doesn’t like dogs. In fact, I’d much prefer a dog lover. Im looking for someone chilled out, who doesn’t want to live in an after party type environment - as I like my sleep. Plus that would freak the pup out. Any age is welcome, young or old, and students are fine, as long as they are mature and responsible.
£675 deposit, which I have always returned. £675 a month, including bills.
Will be a short rolling contract. That’s to protect both parties in case the flat share is a bad fit.
