Good sized double room for the lodger. Newly decorated. 800 sq foot flat. Big lounge, with open kitchen.
3 minute walk to the beach. 1 minute walk to Hastings station. 2 minute walk to Linton gardens park.
Has no no garden, but a nice view of the neighbours garden (back) and a lovely view of Cornwallis Gardens (front)
A bit about me: I’m 46 years old, I work as a chef in a care home. I only work 30 hours per week. I spend a lot of time in my bedroom, or out walking the pup - and do keep myself to myself most the time.
I do leave my Greyhound at home during the 30 hours I’m out. She’s free to roam in my room and the lounge.
It’s not a good fit for someone who doesn’t like dogs. In fact, I’d much prefer a dog lover. If they have their own dog, and they meet and get on - that’s even better.
I’m looking for someone chilled out, who doesn’t want to live in an after party type environment - as I like my sleep. Plus that would freak the pup out. Any age is welcome, young or old, and students are fine, as long as they are mature and responsible.
£675 deposit, which I have always returned. £675 a month, including bills.
Will be a short rolling contract. That’s to protect both parties in case the flat share is a bad fit. I am looking for someone long term though :)
