We have lovely rooms available in a beautifully renovated Victorian house on charming Nelson Road—just a short stroll from Hastings town centre, nestled perfectly between Hastings and Ore stations.

This warm and inviting shared home is ideally located close to everything you could need: Morrisons supermarket, the peaceful greenery of Alexandra Park, the historic charm of Hastings Old Town just over West Hill and with short walks you’re on the beach.

The house has been thoughtfully updated with two modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, a handy utility area and a communal dining/living room. Rent includes all bills, fast WiFi, regular cleaning of shared spaces, and garden care—so you can simply relax and enjoy your home.

We’re looking for kind, respectful professionals to join a friendly all female preferred household.
