A big king size bedroom, furnished with a sofa, table and chairs . The 3 storey house has a shared and well equipped kitchen, a garden, shared shower room and shared bathroom.

The road has free parking.

- 20 minute walk to old town and seafront,
- Bus routes close by also.

I am a 36 year old professional , I work from home and my lurcher, the most cuddly dog accompanies me on many long walks. Sheis a rescue so she will keep herself to herself.

Looking for a lodger that is easy going and a professional also, perhaps with similar interests for some common ground! I would prefer someone who does not work from home. I like to let lodgers have their independence and own space as I do enjoy that , I do also like socialising and can switch between the two!

All bills included. Shared products such as toilet paper and washing up liquid is a shared cost , I try to buy eco . Also negotiable is a paid cleaner (on top of shared cleaning responsibilities)
