Looking for a lodger for double room in my flat

Hello, I am looking for a lodger for a double room in my flat in the old town of Hastings. The flat is a cute and quirky little home above a vintage clothes shop. It has one living room, one kitchen, 2 toilets, (one with a walk in shower,) and 2 bedrooms including my own.
Your bedroom is quite a large double room with a big bay window 😊 .
We would be splitting the council tax. The rest of the hills are included.

A bit about me:
I am a calm person who enjoys going on walks up in the country park, swimming in the sea, celebrating Hastings traditional festivals like Jack in the Green and Pirate Day. In my free time I like to do crafty things like crochet and weaving and bead stuff.
I do also look after my mums sausage dog sometimes so you would need to be dog friendly. 🐕
I am looking for a lodger who is clean and tidy and the flat is relatively small so no parties but I am happy for you to have friends over.

Also it would be nice to go for a drink or 2 before moving in.
