Looking to rent out my rooms. You get sun from the morning to the afternoon, and have shared use of the kitchen, balcony, living room and bathroom.
The room is fully furnished, but the picture I have attached is out of date. I will update the bedroom pictures soon.
The rent is £480pcm with bills included, except for broadband. I can get broadband, but bills would increase for it.
On road parking. Smoking is ok on the balcony, but not inside.
I am looking for a professional female who does not work from home, is neat and tidy. Someone with some similar interests, who would enjoy an occasional meal or drink together, but also lives independently.
