Lovely Double Room Available in Cosy Hastings Home
I'm looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my relaxed and welcoming home in Hastings.

The house is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Hastings train station and 5 minutes from the town centre, with shops, cafés, restaurants and the seafront all close by.

This is a cosy, hippy-style home with a calm and friendly atmosphere.

You'll have access to the shared living spaces, although I do enjoy having the lounge to myself in the evenings to unwind, so I'm looking for someone who appreciates a balance between being sociable and respecting each other's personal space.

I'm vegetarian and happy to live with meat eaters. I simply ask that strong-smelling meat dishes aren't regularly cooked in the house.

This would suit someone who is clean, respectful and looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house.
