Large double room, all bills included

Large double bedroom in very good condition in a ground floor flat. All bills and council tax included, 7 minute walk from the station. The flat has a large garden.

Live in landlord and one other lodger, both women in our early 30s. We work from home so are around most of the time. Ideal candidate would be a similar age, friendly and tidy. We tend to spend time hanging out in the shared spaces and would prefer someone who also wants a friendly environment.

LGBTQ+ friendly. Majority vegetarian household. No cats due to allergies, but a well behaved dog/other pets would be considered.
