A spacious, self-contained, fully furnished studio flat in a peaceful, leafy setting on the edge of St. Helen’s Woods, a 100-acre nature reserve in the heart of Hastings.

The accommodation occupies the entire lower floor of our house, and is tucked away in a secluded position surrounded by trees and gardens. It offers a comfortable, private base for anyone needing somewhere to stay in Hastings for a short period.

The studio comprises:

• A large, fully furnished living and sleeping space
• Double bed, sofa, TV and dining table
• Patio doors opening onto a garden terrace
• A small, well-equipped kitchenette with everything needed for simple cooking
• A separate shower room with electric shower
• Private entrance and access to a shared garden
• High-speed wifi
• Washing machine

Ideal for one person or a couple, whether you’re visiting family, a professional working remotely or in Hastings temporarily.

The studio was previously let as a 5-star Airbnb, but we’re now offering it now privately at a lower rate.

Location and practical details:

• Very close to A21/Conquest Hospital
• Buses available nearby, although a car may be more convenient
• On-street parking is readily available
• Access is via outdoor steps to the studio and garden level - no step-free/wheelchair access
• Non-smokers only
• In general, prefer no pets but this can be discussed.

Rates and availability:

Available for a minimum stay of one week, at £280 per week, including bills, depending on the length of stay.
