Double room to rent in a semi-detached house close to Ore station. Room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bed-side drawers. £650pcm, including ALL bills. Bedroom is at the back of the house, away from the road, with a view of the garden.

The house is owned and lived in by myself, and I have a 5 year old Labrador, so you must love dogs — because she will love you! I work as a graphic designer at a studio in St Leonards.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, a home office space (if needed) with an adjustable standing desk, and a large garden. I have high-speed internet and there is free parking in the road opposite.

This is an LGBT household, so I’d ideally prefer a housemate to be the same, but not a deal-breaker.
