A double room has become available for a professional person in a nicely decorated house share with full use of kitchen and communal living room. The kitchen consists of electric oven with gas hob along with a microwave and tall fridge. There is a utility area that contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and tall upright freezer. The communal living room has a sofa, television and a dining table. There are two WC's along with a bathroom and separate shower room. There is also double glazing and central heating to all rooms. The bills included are gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and high speed broadband/WiFi. There is also a television in the bedroom. The house is a five minute walk to Alexandra Park and a ten minute walk into the town centre. Ore mainline train station is a few minutes walk away with services to Brighton and London.
The communal areas are cleaned once every two weeks along with hand towels to the bathrooms being replaced. It's a mixed house for professionals all aged between 26 and 48. Do you think you will fit into this type of household?
I am looking for a professional person who is easy going, friendly, tidy, and willing to share in the household chores.
The prospective tenant would need to be able to set up a monthly standing order for their rent payments.
