A single room has become available for a professional person in a nicely decorated house share with full use of kitchen, living room and communal areas. This is a single bedroom and measures 3m x 2.36m and has a lovely view across rooftops to playing fields. The bedroom consists of a single bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk, there is also a television included. The kitchen consists of an electric oven with gas hob, a small kitchen table with two chairs, a microwave and a tall fridge. There is a utility area that contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and a tall upright freezer. The communal living room has a sofa, television and a dining table with four chairs. There are two WC's along with a bathroom and separate shower room. There is double glazing and central heating to all rooms. The bills included are gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and high-speed broadband/WiFi. The house is a five-minute walk to Alexandra Park and a ten-minute walk into the town centre. Ore mainline train station is a five minute walk away with direct services to Brighton and London.
The communal areas are cleaned once every two weeks along with hand towels to the bathrooms being replaced. It's a mixed house for professional people and the ages of the current tenants are between 25 and 48. Do you think you will fit into this type of household?
