The kitchen consists of an electric oven with gas hob, a small kitchen table with two chairs, a microwave and a tall fridge. There is a utility area that contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and a tall upright freezer. The communal living room has a sofa, television and a dining table with four chairs. There are two WC's along with a bathroom and separate shower room. There is double glazing and central heating to all rooms. The bills included are gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and high-speed broadband/WiFi. The house is a five-minute walk to Alexandra Park and a ten-minute walk into the town centre.
