Currently occupied by myself and 2 others (19 & 21), along with my youngest son (14) who is here 50% of the time.

The House
The house is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, and we're looking for someone who will help maintain and respect this.

You'll have access to a shared modern kitchen, a shared bathroom with an excellent shower, and a large open plan living room/Dining room.

There's also a lovely back garden, patio and outdoor kitchen (Pizza oven/BBQ).

Off-street parking is available.

The Location
Located in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Broad Oak with excellent transport links and local shop.

About You
You are a clean, tidy, and respectful professional with a stable income.

You are considerate of others and value a quiet, harmonious home.

You are a non-smoker and do not have any pets.

The rent is £650 per month, which includes all bills (utilities, council tax, and Wi-Fi). A one-month deposit and references will be required.
