House has lovely views of the south downs and easy access to the A27 and also 3 different bus routes into town. Large kitchen/dining room & lounge, plus there is room in the loft for storage if you need it. Desk in the room set up for wfh and there is another table downstairs that can be used. There is one bathroom ( bath & shower) and 2 loos. Big garden outside and a patio. Garden furniture comes out once its warm & you can hang your clothes on the outdoor washing line.

About me….

I moved to Brighton just over a year ago, in my late 30’s, love to travel, like ceroc dancing, going to gigs, table tennis and going on adventures. Vey easy going and like to keep active. Be lovely to have some company.

No smoking in the house but you can pop outside to the patio or garden if you need to.

The house is close to Asda, M & S, Sainsbury’s, some nice café’s, local community centre, library and pubs. Fiveways & Patcham shops & cafes also about 25 mins walking distance. The beautiful South Downs are literally just up the hill.

Would suit a professional or student who studies/works during the day. Single occupant preferred.
