This 3 storey student house is located in the popular area of Hollingdean and is close to Fiveways. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the local pub and several shops. It has excellent transport links making it really easy to get to University and the city centre. The nearest train station is just a 15 minute walk away at London Road station .

In the basement is an open plan kitchen lounge area that gives you a nice communal space in the house. The kitchen comes with the white goods, 2 fridge freezers, a cooker and a washing machine as well as the small appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster!
