Available from Nov 1st for Sunday- Thursday nights letting - hoping to find someone who’s working weekdays in Brighton and heading home again for weekends. Transport links are great here - 26 & 46 buses stop almost outside the door, and take 20mins into the city centre. Big Asda, M&S food shop and other retail outlets are a short walk away, as are the South Downs and the local park for outdoorsing.
It’s a lovely peaceful double room overlooking the garden, with views across to the South Downs & spectacular sunsets. It’s fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, easy chair, drawers and cupboards too, bedding & towels also provided.
One shared bathroom (sharing with just me), use of the kitchen and shared lounge. There’s even a music room on the lower ground floor, and unallocated quiet free parking at the back of the house also.
Kitchen has space for you to store and to cook food, with the expectation that you share the cleaning up - don’t worry, there is a dishwasher!
I’m hoping to find a housemate who’s friendly, tidy, easygoing and happy to chat and watch tv together from time to time, as well as able to enjoy their own company. Ideally a professional person but also open to mature students.
