The larger room is avail on short term £150 per week for 1 month £140 per week for 2 months and £130 per week for 3 months. This room is for 3 month contract but it would be possible to extend beyond then. Other durations available on request. Deposits are refundable if you leave the place in same condition you found. Non returnable for no shows or change of circumstances. Couples would be considered on the shorter term. There will be an adjustment for couples on cost to reflect energy useage. Available now!
