Large sunny room furnished with single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and bedside light, mirror, bookshelf and chest of drawers. Bedding provided if necessary. Available immediately. Living with me, a 57 year old working professional woman. Looking for an easygoing, tidy, considerate professional or student.. Single occupancy. WOMEN PREFERRED.

My home is quiet, spacious and bright and located in a quiet residential street. It is 5 minutes walk from Hove station and next to local shops, cafes and restaurants. It's 4 minutes drive from the A27, perfect for access to Gatwick, Lewes, Sussex University etc. The area is well served by major bus routes into Brighton (20 mins), and the universities, with the seafront a 10 minute walk away. The garden is large and south facing, full of flowers and lovely to sit out in. All bills are included.

Previous lodger says,"The room is lovely and sunny and also cosy in the winter and looks out on back gardens and trees. The landlady is easy going and you can do your own thing. She is also friendly and chatty and likes to share a cuppa and a laugh."

I like a quiet, relaxed house, am friendly but will also give you your own space.. It'd work well if you are out of the house working/studying for at least a few days a week.
