This is a large house with proper facilities. Lovely garden, kitchen dinner, lounge, three toilets, two having showers, one with a bathtub.

Standard months deposit required and rent in advance.

Afraid no pets due to allergies. Room are solo occupied at present.
While there is a weekly clean done of communal areas lodgers are expected to keep thier rooms clean and leave the kitchen clear for others to use.
