Short walk from Hove lagoon and the beach, cafes, pubs and shops nearby. Permit parking available. 15 minute bus ride from central Brighton. Hove and Portslade stations are 1.5 miles away and 5 mins on bus.

The rent includes utility bills (Gas, electricity, council tax, water, high-speed wireless internet) and a cleaner is provided for the communal areas of the house. Council tax payable unless you are a student.
