Big double room by Hove Station inc bills

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to rent out my room whilst I am away travelling for 6 months. It is a lovely big double room which is fully furnished. The house is close to Hove station, close to the sea front and has links to all public transport. The house also has a kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet and also a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and back garden.

You will be living with three lovely people who are all very relaxed and down to earth. We are an all vegetarian household and everyone is clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who has similar values.

You will also be living with three pet rats who live in the communal living room not the bedroom!! They are very clean and cute:)

There is no security deposit :) instead i am requesting that you can pay two months at the start of the sublet:)
