Lovely light, small double room available now in a great Seven Dials flat

My housemate is really sadly moving so I am looking for a friendly person to take over her room in our lovely flat. Seven dials is a great place to live, is in an amazing location with lots of great coffee shops, bars etc nearby and only 10 minutes walk from Brighton Station, the beach and the centre of town.

The room itself is a small but perfectly formed double room which is nice and light. It’s furnished with bed, draws, clothes rail etc but I have not put pictures up so you can make it your own and make it feel like home....or if you want I’ve got loads more pictures that I’m happy to put up.

The flat is light and really comfortable with Broadband/ Prime etc etc and in a lovely Victorian building on a quiet residential street tucked away from the Seven Dials roundabout. St Ann’s Wells Gardens is just round the corner which is great for lounging in the sun and picnics when Brighton gets too hectic and you want some relaxing outdoor space. There is a basement where you can keep your bike off road if you have one. .

You would be sharing with me - Fiona - I work full time In organising events for a really great events and conference company and am friendly and laid back, into the usual Brighton things - festivals, travelling, music, BBQ's on the beach with friends, keeping fit and yoga films, comedy and great coffee. I'm honest, respectful and tidy and would like someone similar who is environmentally conscious and recycles etc but really don't mind if I live with a guy or a girl or age etc. Although I’m social and go out quite a bit it’s not a party flat as all the neighbours in the building are friendly but quiet so I respect that.

The rent is £585 including bills plus a month's deposit - luckily no agency fees (yay!) and its fine for short term but not really big enough for couples (sorry!) and although i’d love to live with pets it’s at the top of the building so not really suitable. It is non smoking inside
