The newly built room is bright, clean and warm. The room has its own bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, 2 bedside tables, desk/chair, chest of draws and a bookshelf. There is a kitchenette which has a fridge, microwave/oven, air fryer, kettle, toaster and a sink. The kitchenette will only be used by the two loft rooms .The Washer/Dryer in the family utility room can also be used. Please watch the short video for more information
The rest of the house is occupied by a working family comprising 2 parents and 2 children (16 and 21).
Please note: as this is a family home, the living space available is limited to the top floor as described above so would suit a female professional person or mature student.
