I have a gorgeous flat in central Hove, right by the sea. we are looking for 2 people to fill 2 x double bedrooms (furnished with a beautiful skandi double bed, mirror, rug, desk). Great noise insulation.

The flat is LGF with a large amount of living space in a beautiful leafy street right next to western road/church road/near Palmeira Sq. Super super Central & THIRTY seconds from the sea. It’s dreamy here and I keep the place really pretty and am looking for folks who want to do the same.

Ideally you will be a professional and not a student (this is not a party house!) and be working FT outside the home from 9-5 etc

The property has a front and back patio but we barely use these. The front is currently being renovated so we can have a beautiful space for summer with BBQ etc!

Drug use is a dealbreaker. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside. We are covid safe and happy to keep you safe too.

If you are someone who is considerate, tidy and who knows how to share a property respectfully and will chip in to cleaning please send a message! This is a great creative calm and artsy home in a great flat in an amazing location with a very cute puppy who will also need your regular affection :)
