The flat: gorgeous decor and very spacious. Amazing location 30 seconds from sea and likewise to shops and bus links. Close to Brighton & Hove train stations.

We have two rooms available. Viewings will be held flexibly *before* February 10th. We will consider long and short term lets.

ROOM 1: Spacious ensuite dbl bedroom available. The room benefits from a separate ensuite toilet and sink, an additional walk-in wardrobe/room (previously used as a small art studio and/or office as it has a separate door!) generous floor space in room and natural light. We treat our home as a safe space where we can relax after our busy days (we are not a party house). The flat would suit someone independent but house trained. We share a weekly cleaning rota but we’re also open to hiring a cleaner if that’s preferred
