Hi everyone, my name is Zlatina, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this bright and airy top-floor flat in the heart of Hove. The room is avaliable from 1 March 2026.

The room: This is a cosy, bright double room that benefits from plenty of natural light throughout the day. It comes unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make it your own. However, the current tenant is happy to sell the wardrobe.

The flat: This flat is a fantastic space with a large, light-filled living room with incredible sunset views, perfect for relaxing after a long day. You'll even have your own dedicated nook with a built-in desk if you work from home. We have beautiful wooden floors throughout, a spacious kitchen with tons of storage, and a separate toilet and bathroom (with a shower over the bath).

We're right in the heart of Hove, so everything you need is on your doorstep: cafes, shops, supermarkets, and amazing transport links (Hove station is a 5-minute walk, and the bus stop is at the top of the road). The beach and Hove Lawns are just a short stroll away.

About me: I'm a 35-year-old professional working for a Brighton-based organisation. I’m in the office 1-2 days a week and work from home the rest. I love yoga, exercise, cooking, travelling, culture, art, and I'm trying to live in a more sustainable way.

I'm hoping to find someone who's respectful, tidy, and would love to make this space our home; and who's up for socialising/doing things together from time to time.
