The Location

On a beautiful tree-lined street, with Ole Ole and Hixon Green at the end, this stylish, fully furnished 2 bed-apartment is a perfect pad for someone looking to settle in the vibrant area.

You have the likes of Real Patisserie and Gail's Bakery round the corner (as well as dozens of other cafes and restaurants), the sea is 5 min walk one way, Hove Train station is 5 mins the other. It really is ideal.

The Flat

The big open plan dining / lounge / kitchen area catches the morning light, and there is a cute western facing verandah ready for summer bbqs.
The kitchen and house is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also an office space in the hall if you need it, plus a very spacious bath if you want to bathe in a slightly warmer temperature than down the road.

The Room

The fully furnished double room (duvet and all if you need it) comes with a double with storage underneath and plenty of extra storage in the big hallway cupboards if you so need it. The landlord has given us permission to paint this room any neutral colour you like, if the snazzy interior isn't quite to your taste.

The Flatmate

You would be sharing with me, a 35 year old International development charity worker who is house trained and easy going. Outside of work, I like catching up with friends for dinners and the occasional drinks, enjoy most sports (tennis, beach volleyall yoga, cycling, football), reading and listening to Radio 6.

About You
I am looking for an easy-going and friendly housemate who I can enjoy the space with but also be respectful of each others lives. The week days are chilled and the weekends are social (i. e. friends over for a BBQ) without being a party flat.

With my current flat mates, we share the odd meal, have been hiking the 100 mile South Downs together and go out exploring now and again.
