My names Tom and I’m a music teacher. I’m a sociable person but also respect others space and privacy. Looking for someone to move into the second room of my current large 2 bed flat that I rent near Hove Town Hall.
I’m out at work from around 9-6 each day. I’m tidy and easy going. It would be great to find someone laid back and easy share the space with really! It’s part furnished but totally fine with you adding your own touches to the place as I want you to feel totally at home and not like you’re just renting a room. Don’t be put off by the drum kit, it’s a very quiet padded one (it will go in my bedroom) and I only ever use it on rare occasions in the day when no one else is home as I’m out in the studio using a kit 5 days a week anyway!
