Great Double room in central Hove

Hi, my current flatmate and I are living at an address in Central Hove and are looking for a 3rd to replace our current flatmate

The flat is in a great location with it being adjacent to the cricket ground, it has parking providing you get a parking permit, it's also a quick walk to both the beach and Brighton central. We can get more photos or ask any questions should you get in touch. The room is a medium sized double which comes with a wardrobe. The living room has a 50" tv which you are welcome to use and the kitchen has all amenities including a washing machine.

My name is Adam and I am a 27 year old Design Engineer originally from Northern Ireland. I enjoy most sports, going to the gym, chilling out watching TV and going for walks

The other flat mate is Ariana and she is 25 years old Paramedic who works shift. She enjoys the outdoors, gym, rugby, baking and socialising (either night in or night out!)

We do watch TV together and occasionally get drinks or play games when we can. We would like to live with someone who is socialable and up for hanging not now and again.
