Room in Spacious Flat in Hove!

Hello! We’re Rozee & Jodie. Our flatmate is moving out & we are looking for someone to take over the room. It’s a small double room, available unfurnished. The rest of the flat is already set up with our furniture & white goods.

I’m (Rozee) 28 & self employed, selling vintage clothing online & at local markets. I studied photography, love festivals, the beach, yoga, cooking for people, travelling and have recently started going to the local gym (the local one is 5 minutes away, super cheap and has loads of fun classes!). I think I’m quite eccentric and always up for an adventure, but I also like my own space ~ balance is good!

Jodie is 29 & likes lots of the same stuff as me! Loves animals, graphic design, music (specifically 80s!). She’s quieter than me but not anti social, and currently works from home.

We are both vegan, and would love to live with someone veggie, but it isn’t a dealbreaker. Our flat is lovely, super spacious, bright and we absolutely love living here. It is just off Portland Road, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are frequent buses into Brighton, and Aldrington train station is under a 10 minute walk. There are loads of great shops in the area too.

Our flat is pretty peaceful, and we’d love to find someone friendly, respectful & happy to keep the flat clean & tidy. It’s not a party flat, but we are happy to socialise in other ways!

The room is available from the end of February, requires a month’s deposit and references.
Rent is £519 and
Bills are are roughly as follows every month:
£50 each for council tax
£13 each for water ,
£35 each for energy
£8 each for broadband
£5 each for house contents insurance (mandatory condition of our lease)
So all in, around £615!
