Preferred that new housemate does not WFH.

1x furnished (w/bed, 2x cabinets, and a clothes rail on wheels as you can see in the room pics) OR unfurnished medium double ground floor room £685 pcm (includes: all bills/amenities/WiFi, and use of a shared bathroom, separate kitchen, and separate living room).

Viewings happening now by arrangement with me for you to move in on from Saturday 2nd March 2024.

The share is with me, a 'young' mid-aged male (works 3 days at office, 1 - 2 evenings in Hove). Plus one other male (30) who has loft room w/en suite and works at office, Mon - Fri.
