Single/small double room in central Hove

Hi, we have a small double/single room available in a 3 bed house in central Hove from the beginning of June. The house is in a great location, less than 10 minute walk to the sea and train station. There is a pub on the corner and big Tesco is also a minute walk away. You can easily walk/bus into Brighton.

The room itself is 2.6x2.6m so you can easily fit a double bed but that wouldn’t leave much space for a desk. We will furnish it how you prefer! All bills inc council tax will be split 3 way and will be paid monthly.

There is a lovely back garden that we’re hoping to grow vegetables in, a shared sitting/dining room and a separate kitchen.

My sister and I will be living there, we are both working, she is a chef and I work from home. This is not a party house, we would like to be sharing with another young professional but will consider students. We also have a cat so can’t allow other pets unfortunately!
