Double room in gorgeous spacious flat right on Hove seafront available for short term lets.
The flat is a lovely and bright 2 bed with stunning views of the sea towards Brighton and the West Pier. Situated very close to the beach, a lovely bakery, co-op and the iconic ice cream shop Marocco's you do feel like you're on holiday! It's a 20 min walk to Hove station or 40 min walk to Brighton station.
The room has a double bed, storage unit and a clothes rail for your clothes. It is available for a tidy and clean professional or student but would not suit someone who works from home every day as I also work from home 2 or 3 days per week.
The flat has a shared bathroom and a kitchen and I live here by myself. My boyfriend stays a few nights a week.
I enjoy lots of outdoor activities, sea swimming and socialising and do spend time cooking in the evenings. There is a TV in the shared space.
I would consider Mon-Fri lets.
