Friendly female wanted to join us in our beautiful flat in a 1930s semi.

Superb residential location, within 5-8 minutes walk of the sea, Hove Lagoon, Wish Park, Portslade Station, the cafes, bars and shops of the High Street, and frequent buses into the city centre.

The room is large, bright and sunny, and comes ready furnished, with a garden view.

You'll have use of the bath/shower/toilet, also a second separate toilet, with one other person. The kitchen and living room are also shared.

All bills are included. We are council tax band B, although this won't affect you, as it's included in the rent. There is ample residents' parking available with a council permit.

We're looking for someone who's a working professional and a non-home worker, someone friendly, who loves to be tidy and who enjoys a quiet home.
