£1200 per calendar month. Sky full fibre broadband.

Bills (electric, broadband, water) are paid separately at £200/month, then adjusted for real usage (electric and water are on meters, broadband is £26/month).

The property is fully furnished, with electric radiators and a spare portable heater, there will be some storage should you need it.
