A double bedroom in the best area of Hove, less than 500 metres from the beach. We are close to Aldrington station, bus stops, supermarkets, and hundreds of small shops and bars.

The flat is on the second floor of a purpose-built block which is damp-free, warm, clean, and quiet. There is a communal garden. All bills are included, there is powerful hot plumbing, and a decent WIFI connection.

We are 40 and 38 & work in finance and healthcare. We are considerate, clean, and quiet and would naturally prefer someone with similar habits.

This would ideally suit a commuting professional or mature student who wants a comfortable home in a convenient location.

The room comes with an oak double-bedframe, mattress, bedding, chair, chest of drawers, huge mirror (not shown) and angle poise lamp, and is available now.

A bike space in a secure shed is available for a small annual fee.

Please note that, while the bedroom is large, there is no communal lounge area.
