A double bedroom in central Hove, less than 500 metres from the beach. The flat is on the second floor of a purpose-built block which is damp-free, warm, clean, and quiet. There is a communal garden. We are close to Aldrington station, bus stops, supermarkets, and hundreds of small shops and bars. All bills are included, there is powerful hot plumbing, and a decent WIFI connection.

You would be sharing the flat with me and another lodger. We are 40 and 38 & work in finance and healthcare. We are friendly, clean, and quiet and we would naturally prefer someone with similar habits.

This would ideally suit a commuting professional or mature student who wants a comfortable home in a convenient location.

The room comes with the double bed, mattress, bedding if needed, chair, chest of drawers, and lamp, and will be available from 7th February.

A bike space in a locked shed is available for a small annual fee.
