Double Room in Central Hove – One Block from the Beach

A spacious double bedroom in a clean, comfortable and quiet apartment in central Hove, just one block from the beach.

The location is extremely convenient, with Aldrington station, regular bus routes, supermarkets, cafés, bars and hundreds of independent shops all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is on the second floor of a well-maintained purpose-built block. It is warm, dry, clean and quiet, with the added benefit of a communal garden. All bills are included, along with fast Wi-Fi and excellent hot water and heating.

The room is furnished with an oak double bed frame and mattress, bedding, chair, chest of drawers, large mirror and Anglepoise lamp. It is available from mid-September.

The bathroom is being completely renovated in early September to a very high standard and will feature a walk-in shower. The hallway will also have newly refurbished oak flooring.

We are two professionals, aged 41 and 39, working in finance and healthcare. We are clean, considerate and quiet, and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and approach to sharing a home.

The room would ideally suit a commuting professional or mature student looking for a comfortable, peaceful home in an excellent location.

A secure bicycle space in the communal shed is also available for a small annual fee.

Please note that, although the bedroom is large, the apartment does not have a separate communal lounge/living room. The accommodation is therefore best suited to someone who is happy with a quieter, more independent style of living.
