I am currently looking at selling my apartment so would be renting the room on a rolling monthly basis. However I expect any sale to take a minimum of 6 months so this won’t be a quick process. Open to shorter lets, please message me to discuss the fees.

Looking for someone tidy, responsible and can treat this home as their own. It would be nice to live with someone who is happy to hang out, have a drink with, but equally someone who is also happy to do their own thing.

There is a bus stop right outside the property which has the Number 7 bus into Brighton / the Marina / Hove. Brighton station is an 8 minutes walk away.
