2 Double rooms in great flat 2 mins from Hove Stn

Hi,

There are 2 great double rooms available in a spacious flat over 2 floors. One room also has its own balcony. The location is great in the Denmark villas area of Hove, 2 minutes walk from hove station and 10 minutes from the beach.

My current housemates are moving out and I’m looking for two down to earth people to replace them. I really get on with my current flatmates and there is an easy going feel around the flat, so it’d be great to find similar new flatmates who would move in and see the place as a home.

I’m a working professional and WFH a few days a week. We in the flat enjoy a good time on the weekends but the flat isn’t a partyhouse.

Bills are not included. Electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax all comes to around £140 each month. The flat itself will be fully furnished, but the rooms will be unfurnished

Lastly, we’re hoping to arrange viewings and have found new flat mates by the start of June. Give me a shout for more details.
