Spare single room for rent

A single bedroom fully furnished in hove, less than a five minute walk from a bus stop into the city centre and less than a 15 minute walk away from Portslade Station.
Very close to the beach and many nice parks.
There is a shared lounge which has a vinyl player, speakers, and a collection of cds and dvds. There’s a smart tv that has Netflix which you’re free to use, also has a Xbox one connected to it.
There are some home weights and a yoga mat but in case you wanted the gym there’s many close in the area.
There are large patio doors that lead into the garden which is full of life that is also well maintained and has a lot of lawn space; an outdoor dining area for when it’s summer.
This space will be shared by a dog named poppy who is a non allergenic and is very gentle but can be a bit nervous.
We are looking for a student that ideally is creative, who likes music and gets on well with animals.
You’ll be living with a mum and daughter, Joi and Lucy. Joi works as a gardener and Lucy tends to work evenings as a bartender.
There is a free parking space and bills are also included.
