Furnished room in friendly house near Hove Park

Hello!
I have a room available in a friendly chilled house near Hove Park and the big Waitrose (BN3 7PA) with 2 others.

This will be for fairly short term. Could be 2/3 months or could be a bit over 6 but unlikely much longer. Room is available from 23 October.

I’m looking for a clean friendly respectful lodger. Either a professional or student. Not suitable for working from home or smokers. And not suitable to have guests visiting.

The house has a small cute dog so you need to like dogs and not mind some barking at the postman etc.

House is on a very quiet way road with plenty of free street parking and has a nice garden. Large Waitrose and One Stop are a short walk away, bus stops into town very close to the house.
