If you think about it, I have several en-suite rooms for rent. We are based in Hove,
1 gigabit internet, water and council tax are included in the price, the room has its own electricity meter, you pay for the electricity you use weekly, the rooms have their own toilet and bathroom and a mini kitchen. A mini refrigerator and kettle are also standard in the room.
The doors of all our rooms are password protected.
We have a large kitchen in the common area, our own cafeteria, and washing machines and dryers.
