Sunny Room Term Time Let Only Free Cleaner!

Who we are looking for: we would like a single female student who is happy to return to their home at Easter, Summer and Christmas time. This is because our adult daughters return home from university at those times. You don't pay when you don't stay! Please only apply if this suits you :-)

We offer a (almost) exclusive use of a bathroom with toilet and shower (a very occasional guest may use - otherwise - it's yours).

Our home is comfortable, clean, and cosy. The house ideally located, on a quiet street. Everything is done on foot: we are a 12-minute walk from Brighton station, less than 15 minutes from the beach, and a 12-minute walk into Brighton city centre. If you take the bus, we are within the city centre fare zone.
A lovely children's park, tennis courts and woods are located 4 minutes’ walk from the house. The house is furnished to be comfortable, homely, and provide you with everything that you need.
The space
The house is composed of a ground floor and two levels. This first-floor double bedroom is bright and spacious with a view of the gardens, trees, shrubs and church.
This room is on the first floor (up steps), and has (almost sole) use of a bathroom (with shower over bath, basin and toilet).
A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide space for your clothes and belongings. We have tea and coffee making facilities and there is a desk if you need to work from home.
The bathroom is right next to your room. A cleaning service (included) is provided once per week for the bathroom and bedroom.
Who are we: we are a young at heart couple in our 50’s. We like festivals and socialising but keep a calm and relaxed home. We are kind and considerate and our home is welcoming.
We are council band D (covered in rent)
