The room: beautiful double room with wardrobe, bed side table, chest of drawer and own smart tv with direct access to the garden. There is no extra storage in the flat.

The home: The flat is modern with all the great mod cons in the kitchen and lounge. It is perfectly located, it is literally 2 minutes away from Hove seafront, easy walking distance of the cafes, restaurants including the trendy Rockwater at the Western Esplanade. I am the only other occupant (I own the property). The vibe is calm and chilled. It is a really loved and cared-for space.

Live in landlord who is social but respects privacy and quietness. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and also values living in a happy space.

Tenancy length is negotiable and the room is ready for now.
