😊 5 other friendly tenant's rooms are spead across the 2 floors. They are professionals and work a hybrid of home/office. The property manager is available to contact 7 days per week. The tenants arrange a monthly cleaner and the owner contibutes towards this.

😊 The property is in the heart of Hove, so pop out of the front door and into the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on Church Road.

😊 Walking distance to Hove Station: 10 minutes

😊 Walking distance to the beach: 2 minutes
