Beautiful flat in Portland Road!

Hello! We have 2 beautiful double rooms available to rent from July onwards but dates can be quite flexible. Property is a 4 bedroom flat with a lovely light living room, a bathroom downstairs and laundry/toilet upstairs. Current housemates apart from me will be leaving July/September mark so I am on a hunt to find some lovely people to live with!

Rent at the moment is roughly 650 with bills inc, this may change if landlord decides to increase the rent!
I would love to find a housemate who enjoys spending some time together binge watching series, cooking together as well as taking pride in the house and pitching in with cleaning efforts and being respectful to other housemates by not being loud after evening hours etc as it is a professional household who gets ready to go to work early in the mornings😊
Please note there will be an extra fee of 100 pounds charged by our estate agents to change the tenancy name from previous tenants. We would love to find someone who is wanting to move in for longer duration of time rather than short term lease!
