Gym closeby. The beach is one block away , via a lovely community garden .Brighton train station 🚉 not far .

Laid back flatshare 🏡 in Brunswick Town, Hove , between Norfolk Square and Brunswick Square. There is a relaxing , smoking- friendly +420 friendly shared patio. Might suit a , WFH or a mature or other student .Price incl : rent, electricity + water, CT, broadband .Shared bathroom , and spare loo .2 x fridges,2 x microwaves ,air fryer, washing machine and tumble dryer.. Large TV in lounge and also in the available bedroom + a desk and King size bed .Fair amount of sunshine (west facing) .I have a car but parking is - difficult - in this area. So being car free is a big plus . Buses 🚌 literally every few minutes on Western Road. Relaxing place, clean & tidy ,occasional parties ok by prior agreement 😀👆
