We are laid back considerate people and are looking for someone similar. We both work a lot and have early starts most days so the vibe in the flat is friendly but pretty chilled and quiet.
The rent includes all bills and you would be sharing a bathroom with just one of us. There is also the opportunity for a reduction in rent in return for taking on more of the flat cleaning duties!
