Bright & spacious double room- all bills inc

A large and light room is available to rent in a central location. Both Brighton and Hove station are a 15 minute walk, as is the beach. The house is on a quiet street and a 10 minute walk from Seven Dials.

The room is large, bright, fully equipped and on the first floor of the house opposite the bathroom. The kitchen and living area is very spacious and looks out onto a small south facing garden. There is also a separate laundry room.

You will be sharing with a family of two. Me, my daughter who is 19 (and our cat!).

We're looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going to stay in our house. The house is generally quiet, especially during the day, although on the weekends we may watch a movie together or play some music during the early evening. We have a good balance of social interaction and personal time, and would hope that you would feel comfortable to talk to us or relax in your own space.
