Double room in lovely flat near the sea

I have a spacious double room available in my flat in central Hove.

The flat is warm, peaceful and light, 2 mins from Hove's many cafes, shops and restaurants, is 500m to the sea and has easy access to buses into Brighton

The room is at the back of the house, with views over gardens below and is fully furnished with bills, cleaning, council tax and WiFi included.
The room is spacious and bigger than it looks in the photos!

The flat is on 3 floors with a toilet and bath near the room. The kitchen has a washing machine and cooking facilities.

I am fairly quiet, but I'm also friendly and am happy to chat. I work from home some of the time, I like yoga, nature and I meditate. I like to eat out in local cafes and restaurants... I love books and movies.

I am looking for a friendly professional person: someone who is working (ideally not WFH all the time), generally nice, eco-minded, clean and tidy, mindful of others and reasonably quiet to fit with the vibe.

Looking for someone for 3 months to a year, but longer definitely possible for the right person.

Not necessarily a dealbreaker but vegetarian preferred.
