I have a double room available in my flat in central Hove.
The flat is warm, peaceful and light, 2 mins from Hove's many cafes, shops and restaurants, is 500m to the sea and has easy access to buses into Brighton
The room is at the back of the house, with views over gardens below and is fully furnished with bills, council tax and WiFi included.
The flat is on 3 floors with a toilet and bath near the room. The kitchen has a washing machine and cooking facilities.
I am looking for a friendly professional person: someone who is working (ideally out for most of the day), generally nice, eco-minded, mindful of others and reasonably quiet to fit with the vibe.
Looking for someone for 3 to 6 months, but longer may be possible for the right person.
Vegetarian/vegan preferred.
