Cosy room 5 mins from Hove station!

Hi there :)

I am currently looking for someone to move into my cosy spare room on Clarendon Road, just 5 mins from Hove station. My flat has a spacious kitchen and living area, with which you are welcome to use as you please. There’s also a small garden and parking on the road I live on.

Part furnished bedroom. I have a double bed for you if you need it, but we can rearrange stuff if you have things you'd like to move in!

Preferably no pets, don’t mind smokers but please be respectful and do it outside. I work in hospitality so you may hear me coming home late during the week, but I'm very chill to live with. Don't expect mad house parties, but I do love to go out and have fun on when I manage to get the time off!

Welcoming any young professionals, hospitality staff or students! If you like music, a pint and the relaxed way of life then we'll get on just great :)

My current flatmate officially stops paying rent at the end of September , so I need to find somebody who is willing to move in/start paying rent at that time.
