Lovely Double Room in Hove

beautiful double room available now in shared house. There is a large live in kitchen with plenty of space to socialise and prepare meals and eat either at the breakfast bar or the spacious stylish dining area. There is a dishwasher and washing machine and fridge freezer and all modern amenities available. there are 2 toilets one on the ground floor and one on the first floor next to the bathroom. The living room has an open fireplace and a large sofa and armchair and has been recently decorated. WiFi is excellent and there is . Netflix Apple TV Amazon prime included in the rent.
There is a cat. There is both a front and back garden with fire pit and bbq and social seating. The garden is very sociable and is well used and cherished. The transport links are excellent with bus routes direct to town or thr university I within 5 minutes walk and the train station to London is 6 minutes walk. There is space to park a bicycle.
I work in education and I sometimes work from home. I am well travelled and speak French and foreign students would receive a warm welcome. the other woman works in publishing. And works from home some days a week and in London a couple of days a week.
The house would be more suitable to someone looking for a peaceful, calm environment.
